What are our terms of business?
Our fees are very competitive, we are happy to discuss the various packages we have to offer. We are more than happy to carry out a free, no obligation valuation of your property, and to discuss your individual requirements. We can arrange all of your mortgage, legal and home information packs. Your sale agreement will state the terms and costs associated with selling your home, we will invoice the solicitors for the sale of your property and unless otherwise stated the costs for the HIP and legal fees will be charged by the Hip provider and solicitor respectively.
Why have a video?
Time is valuable resource that you can never get back, when people are coming from a distance they can see what you have to offer before they get there thus making the visit more purposeful, on a local basis this applies also but it also ensures people cannot be mistaken to what is on offer and see how the property is situated. As most people have broadband and surf the internet its like having your own TV Commercial of your property.
Can we keep the video
The video is the copyright of Activ and can only be used for commercial purposes with our agreement and this includes if you move from us to another agent at any point in time. You can however have a copy of the video for your own future use.
Do I need a HIP?
If you are selling a property you are legally required to have a HIP before you can advertise and sell your property. Please see our section on HIPS to ensure what you need.
What happens if I change my mind about selling?
In the unlikely event of you withdrawing your property from our agency we would look to you to reimburse any press advertising, authorised by you, together with a modest withdrawal charge.
